Andy spent 12 years at Virgin Records during one of the most legendary eras in music history, rising from intern to VP of A&R. He was Ben Harper's A&R man, signed Elliot Smith and his first band Heatmiser, and was ranked on the HitQuarters World Top 100 A&R Chart. He knows what makes labels sign artists, what kills deals, and what separates artists who last from artists who flame out. After Virgin, he co-founded Everloving with JP and has spent 25 years proving that an independent label can thrive without selling out.

JP produced Ben Harper's first four albums — taking him from unknown to three-time Grammy winner and international touring artist. When Ben met an unknown surfer at the Santa Barbara Bowl and handed JP a demo tape, JP produced what became Brushfire Fairytales — Jack Johnson's platinum debut that launched one of the biggest acoustic artists of a generation. He co-founded Everloving Records in 2000 and has spent 25 years discovering, producing, and developing artists including The Growlers, Piers Faccini, and The Jack Moves.
